Vinod is a business leader with extensive experience in the IT industry, including Data management, Data strategy, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Cloud computing, Cybersecurity, Data protection, Business resilience, Consulting, Managed services and As-a-Service solutions. Vinod holds an MBA in General Management from Ashcroft business school, UK, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Physics from University of Calicut, India. He has completed the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Executive program on Artificial Intelligence-Implications for business strategy, Harvard course on Cybersecurity-Managing risk in the information age, Brand Management course by University of London and London Business School, and Wharton school course on Marketing by University of Pennsylvania. Vinod has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry in various technology and business management roles. Vinod’s experience in Singapore, South Asia and APJ, includes Pre-sales Systems Engineering, Customer support, Data Centre management, Channel partner enablement, technical account management, Business development, Services sales, Management of Specialist pre-sales Technology Consultants, Program Management, Driving GTM Strategy, Managing South Asia Operational and Transitional Services business, and heading the Asia Pacific Channel storage and Infrastructure solutions services business. Vinod has co-authored the book “Transform or Perish”, published in 2021, in collaboration with Singapore Management University, its alumni and professionals from the industry.
